In this intermediate course, the idea is to get a better understanding of wellbeing, which includes not only body, but your mind and spirit as well. Also, to clearly understand the limitations of your mind, and how it is preventing you from connecting to your core and discovering your true potential of uncovering happiness and fulfilment that lies within you.

Find your “reason for being” and the passion that lies within you, that will bring you energized to the workplace every single day, and equally so, into your “personal” situation!

And, as a result of enhanced wellbeing, how you can increase your productivity at work through better engagement, higher creativity and significantly higher co-operation and collaboration.

Program Specifics

In the 12 one-hour sessions of the program ‘Spandana’, you will :

Learn the basics of the ancient science of Ayurveda and adjust your food, sleep and lifestyle for healthier living.

Learn how to make a mindset shift in order to manage and adapt to change!

Learn how and why, happiness plays a key role in your effectiveness at work, your relationships, and your life in general.

And finally, learn the importance and need for radical personal transformation for enhanced effectiveness.

This program is suitable for all levels of Management. “Spandana” delves further into self-discovery and personal transformation in relation to “Sphoorti” and is curated for those who want to go further in their journey towards personal effectiveness and fulfilment.
